Officers entered the address on Hereford Street at around 7.30am today, 11 August.
Officers from the Chadderton and Werneth Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out the warrant with colleagues from West Yorkshire Police's Operation Phoenix.
Greater Manchester Police said the operation followed an investigation into suspected drug supply activity operating between Oldham and Bradford.
Police said information provided by members of the community, together with other investigative work, led officers to identify a suspected drug supply network linked to the address.
During a search of the property, officers recovered quantities of substances suspected to be Class A, Class B and Class C drugs.
Cash and two bladed articles were also recovered and seized as part of the investigation.
A 27 year old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A, B and C drugs.
She was taken to Bradford Custody for questioning by West Yorkshire Police officers.
PS Tom Layton, from the Chadderton and Werneth Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: "This warrant is a great example of neighbourhood policing. By working closely with our partners in West Yorkshire Police, we have been able to identify and disrupt suspected criminal activity that crosses force boundaries and impacts our communities.
"We know that drug-related crime causes significant harm to residents and can be linked to violence, exploitation and wider anti-social behaviour. Taking positive action against those suspected of being involved in the supply of illegal drugs remains one of our key priorities.
"Partnership working and information from the public played a crucial role in this investigation. We are grateful to those who came forward with information and would encourage anyone with concerns about crime in their area to continue reporting them to us.
"Our neighbourhood teams are committed to executing warrants, disrupting organised criminality and making our communities safer. We will continue to take a proactive, intelligence-led approach to targeting those who seek to profit from crime and cause harm to local people."
Anyone with information about suspected drug activity can contact Greater Manchester Police on 101 or through its website. Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
