Greater Manchester Police also executed 18 warrants and seized suspected Class A and B drugs during Operation AVRO on Thursday 13 August.
Officers carried out operations across the borough targeting drug supply, anti-social behaviour, dangerous driving and neighbourhood crime.
Early morning warrants were executed at residential and business premises in Hyde, Droylsden, Stalybridge and Denton.
Ten people were arrested following the warrants on suspicion of offences including possession with intent to supply drugs, fraud and money laundering.
Across the day, police recovered seven cars and seized suspected cocaine and cannabis, vapes, illicit tobacco and more than £60,000 in cash.
Police also worked with Tameside Council, Trading Standards, Immigration Enforcement, safeguarding officers and the Environment Agency on visits to businesses.
GMP said thousands of illegal vapes and illicit tobacco with an estimated value of more than £30,000 were seized, along with illegal THC products and unlawful medications.
Live Facial Recognition technology was deployed in Ashton-under-Lyne town centre alongside plain-clothes officers looking for wanted suspects.
Weapons sweeps were also conducted at four locations identified by police as anti-social behaviour hotspots.
Roads policing and neighbourhood officers carried out traffic enforcement across Tameside, including checks at Clarks Way in Hyde and Dukinfield Road in Dukinfield.
A total of 44 traffic offence reports were issued. Police said these included nine mobile phone offences, 14 seat belt offences, three illegal number plate offences and three cases of driving without insurance.
Officers also issued £700 in roadside fines.
Chief Inspector James Grundy, from GMP's Tameside district, said: "Operation AVRO is all about listening to our communities and taking action on the issues that matter most to them. We concentrated our capacity by utilising officers from right across GMP and brought in a range of specialists, enabling an intensive focus on tackling crime and ASB in Tameside.
"From the early morning warrants through to our work across the whole of Tameside including the town centres, on the roads, and engaging with our communities; today has showcased the dedication and commitment of officers and partners across the district.
"Our communities deserve a safe place to live, work and visit. Today’s results demonstrate that we will relentlessly pursue offenders, disrupt criminality and use every tool available to keep our communities safe.
"Operation AVRO has been a fantastic example of proactive policing in action. The message is clear: if you choose to commit crime in Tameside, we will come after you."
