FESTIVAL fever came to Dobcross on Saturday as residents rocked out at the “Dobcrosstonbury” village fete.
This year’s theme focused on the famous Somerset music festival but on a smaller scale.
Run by the Friends of Dobcross School, there was family fun at the school in Delph New Road from 4pm including bouncy castle, go carts, a coconut shy, face painting and tombola.
Music was provided by Dobcross Trainer Brass Band during the afternoon, and from bands Lemon Law, The Copycats and 5 o’clock Shadow into the evening.
