Jump at the chance of a party

A PLAY centre is looking to get the party started for a host of deserving youngsters.
Bouncers, in Diggle, is on a mission to offer a free birthday party every month to a special child in need of a treat.
Owner Paul Andrew-Willis — who already hands out free tickets to local nurseries, schools and sports teams for his Huddersfield Road fun house — hopes the community-spirited gesture attracts a host of nominations.
“It could be someone who does a lot in their community or someone who hasn’t been well,” said Paul, who opened the gymnastics, trampolining and inflatable centre eight years ago.
“It may even be someone who’s never had a party for financial reasons, a child who would not normally be able to have a party.”
Trifles confectioners, in Ashton, will be creating a special cake to mark the first party, with other bakeries getting on board throughout the enterprise.
To nominate a worthy youngster email Paul at bouncersplay.co.uk or write to: Paul Andrew Willis, Bouncers, Huddersfield Road, Diggle, OL3 5PJ.
