Coffee morning

Saddleworth parish church is holding a charity coffee morning tomorrow at St Chad’s Parish Centre in Station Road, Uppermill.
The event will begin at 10am to raise funds for the Genesis Breast Cancer Appeal. Entry is £1.
SADDLEWORTH Food and Drink Festival is to be held on October 10-11 at Uppermill Civic Hall from 11am-4pm. Entry is free.
DENSHAW Village Cinema is staging a new version of Thomas Hardy’s Wessex romance “Far from the Madding Crowd” on Saturday, October 10, (6pm and 8.15pm). Tickets, £5 per adult and £4 per child, on 01457-870 348.
