NEWBANK Windows, of Ivy Mill, Crown Street, Failsworth, a trading division of JB Oldham Ltd, has become one of only 16 window companies in the country to be awarded 100 per cent for customer satisfaction in a national survey of thousands of households.
The result comes was announced by independent window installers’ organisation Network VEKA, which monitors every job undertaken by members by way of a questionnaire sent to private customers.
Covering around 140 member companies across Britain and Ireland, the survey showed that Newbank Windows achieved membership of Network VEKA’s ‘100 per cent Club’.
JB Oldham managing director Tony Johnson said: “It is especially an honour because the award is not just the decision of some judging panel.”
Newbank Windows operations director Gary Bennett added: “It is a genuine reflection of our customers’ opinions based on the responses of every one of them — and that means a lot to us.”
The survey measures customers’ opinions on five parameters ranging from the installer fulfilling all that was promised to cleaning when the installation is complete.
