ALMOST 12 months into his move into premises in Lees village centre, Tony Hogan is relishing life in his new surroundings.
Mr Hogan (45), from Royton, has set up TH Wealth Management Ltd in St Thomas Parade to attract more custom for his financial management business.
Previously working from home, he was kept busy by referrals but wanted to branch out and took the step to invest in premises.
So far the move has proved a success for Mr Hogan and his partner Catrina, who manages the administration side of the business, which specialises in investments, inheritance tax planning, pensions and mortgages.
With a client base across the north-eastern crescent of Greater Manchester, TH Wealth Management is looking to expand by attracting more clients in what Mr Hogan describes as the “high net worth” earnings bracket, typically £25,000 per annum-plus.
He said: “Typical clients are people looking to make real savings and achieve real growth. After some torrid years, the financial markets can still offer value — we aim to offer intensive and regular reviews.”
Mr Hogan believes that the move to what he calls high profile premises have helped growth in that people are now aware of the business and often call in to see what is on offer.
“This has been a positive move but now the aim is to push and really establish the business,” he added.
He is already in early talks with another financial planner about joining the five-year old business to increase the growth potential.
