A walk on the wacky side

EVENT management company Team Spirit got into the spirit of Red Nose Day with a sponsored walk around Dovestone reservoir.

The team completed 16 laps of the water, one for every year the Greenfield-based company has been in business, which works out at more than 40 miles.

The walk was completed in fancy dress, with outfits ranging from Vicky Pollard of “Little Britain” to ancient Egypt’s Cleopatra.

Events and revenue director Laura Shuttleworth made cupcakes to sell in the office.

Managing director Ian Taylor said: “We are extremely proud to be able to support Red Nose Day. I would like to offer our thanks to all those who sponsored us .”
