“Newsnight” presenter Gavin Esler has been confirmed as guest speaker at the Greater Manchester Chamber dinner at Manchester Central (formerly the G-Mex) on April 30.

Angie Robinson, chief executive of Greater Manchester Chamber, said: “I am delighted to have secured such a well-renowned broadcaster for our annual dinner.
