Full speed ahead for Volkswagen’s Zoe

Two years of hard work has paid off for Volkswagen’s Zoe Downing, from Chadderton, who has joined a small band of staff to have gained the firm’s top qualification for UK service advisers.

This rewards Zoe’s 18 years service to the automotive industry, the last six spent at Smith Knight Fay in Hollinwood.

Zoe said: “I’m delighted to have qualified after a very demanding two years. I pride myself on giving the best service possible and this qualification has given me extra knowledge and experience.”

Zoe completed a number of courses since embarking on the qualification including role plays and exams on law, customer satisfaction and product knowledge. The final assessment was by an on-site mystery shopper.
