Able is willing to move in

ABLE Hydraulics has taken an 8,000 sq ft unit at Oldham Central Trading Estate at Coulson Close off Derker Street.

Henderson Global Investors has secured the new tenant, which will use the unit to complement its existing Trafford Park premises.

The estate has been refurbished and comprises units ranging in size from 5,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft.

Nolan Redshaw and Lambert Smith Hampton are joint letting agents on the estate.
