PR firm adds to booming account

Pittilla PR, the leading baby, nursery and gift specialists based in Oldham, has gained three new clients taking its total account wins to seven in 2009.

The Hartshead Street, Lees, agency, which specialises in marketing to mums and children, began working on behalf of Sock Ons Ltd on June 1 raising awareness of the new innovative baby product.

Sock Ons are clever garments worn over a baby’s sock, locking it into place.

PPR has also started working alongside It’s Your Story Ltd, which specialises in books with a twist — each book personalises a child’s face into the story.

PPR will promote the launch of a new collaboration between It’s Your Story and the Bang On the Door license. The three-strong account teams will be headed by account director Lianne Bertelli.

Managing director Julie Pittilla said: “We are delighted to be working with Sock Ons and It’s Your Story which are perfect examples of the most creative companies within the industry today.”

The third success is the capture of the account for Devon-based Wilton Bradley. PPR will initially work on key products in the company’s portfolio to drive fourth quarter sales.
Wilton Bradley specialises in leisure goods including toys, inflatables, surf and skate, and outdoor play.
