NATALIE Chadwick is a young beautician hoping to make her way in a competitive world — and is looking to new horizons to help meet her personal ambitions.
The 25-year-old from Shaw has established Touch of Class in rented rooms in Union Street, Oldham, where she tends to the needs of clients from a range of backgrounds.
Recognising that the world of the beauty salon is extremely competitive, Natalie — who also works part-time in the gym industry to supplement her income in these challenging early days of self employment — is looking further afield.
She also has a range of clients whom she visits in their homes and is happy to increase this area of her workload.
Most of the investment in her business has gone into creating a salon and spa environment in Union Street but she is also marketing her specialist skills in other areas.
She said:” I am determined to make a go of this. After leaving The Oldham College, I worked in a salon for six years and I honestly believe Touch of Class offers something different.
“I am also looking to broaden my horizons and work with photographers and other professionals who require assistance and perhaps a loose partnership to increase their business offer.
“I have lots and lots of ideas and, like I said, I really believe I can make a go of this.”
