OLDHAM-bASED Document Express has been awarded the prestigious Managed Print Partner of the Year by market leaders Xerox.
Presented by TV presenter Quentin Willson, the award recognises Document Express’s ability to help medium-to-large organisations understand their print infrastructure and help redesign a more cost-effective and controlled platform.
“Often this can generate savings into six figures,” said Rob Jones, the firm’s technical analyst.
The firm, which has a staff of 50 at Carlson House in Jackson Street, Oldham, has its own help desk and uses online device monitoring software to reduce the burden on a firm’s IT infrastructure.
Established in Oldham in 1996, Document Express monitors more than 1,000 devices for 30 firms.
