Meet the editor
Reporter: MARTYN TORR
Date published: 07 July 2010
THERE is still time to join Chronicle Business and have breakfast with Dave Whaley, the newspaper’s new editor, on Friday.
Dave has some exciting new ideas for the borough’s only locally-produced paper and wants to share these in a debate with representatives from Oldham’s thriving business community — the private, public, voluntary and Third Sector.
Thanks to sponsorship from Lloyds Banking Group in Oldham, the event is free in conjunction with The Talking Point, Huddersfield Road, Scouthead.
There will be coffee/tea and bacon rolls from 7.30am and at 8am Chronicle Business Editor Martyn Torr will start the debate —with a question and answer session from 8.30am.
Please email circulation@oldham-chronicle.co.uk to register your intention to attend.
