OLDHAM-based office interior design and fit-out specialists ADT Workplace has completed its latest project for global insurance company CNA Insurance.
The firm, at Whitney Court, Southlink Business Park, delivered the £2.7million works at CNA Insurance’s 23,000sq ft London office in only 17 weeks.
ADT Workplace director David Clemetson said: “Our latest fit-out for CNA Insurance has been a triumphant effort by everyone involved. The size of the job, to such tight timescales, meant some were convinced it wasn’t achievable, but I’m pleased to say our project management team delivered on time and budget.”
The project is a direct result of work the company carried out at CNA Insurance’s new offices in New York Street in Manchester city centre.
The 4,400sq ft fit-out was completed by ADT Workplace in 2009 at a cost of £200,000 and delivered in six weeks.
ADT Workplace’s current projects are being carried out while the company makes plans for its own new office in Chadderton.
The 6,000sq ft building in Zebra Court Business Park, which ADT Workplace bought from Simon Marshall in December, last year, will be the new head office for the 25 staff and the company plans to take up occupation in September. The firm was set up in February, 2005, by three partners — Mr Clemetson, from Wilmslow; Tommy Cocking, from Middleton; and Ashley Smith, from Grasscroft.
