OLDHAM’s largest industrial and commercial property management portfolio has changed hands.
Neal Salomon has succeeded John Williams, who has managed the Falcon Enterprise Centre in Chadderton for the 13 years and seven years ago took over responsibility for the Acorn Business Centre, Derker, and Southlink Business Park close to Mumps.
A qualified surveyor, Mr Salomon, (30), from Northwich, officially takes over at the end of September but is working Mr Williams, (65), from Shaw, in the interim.
Previously with Impact Partnership in Rochdale, where he was an estates surveyor, Mr Salomon has been with Mouchel plc, the owners of Unity Partnership which has a management arrangement with Oldham Council, for five years.
He told me he was looking forward to the challenge of working in Oldham and maintaining the 85 per cent occupancy rates achieved by his predecessor.
