THERE is still time to register for the Oldham Chronicle’s Meet the Editor breakfast, aimed — though not exclusively – at Oldham’s town centre business community.
The event is at University Campus Oldham, Cromwell Street, on Friday (7.30am-9am).
David Whaley, who has been editor since May, will outline his vision for the only local paper published in Oldham.
He passionately believes in the Chronicle and its role in the new Oldham evolving around us. He wants to engage with every kind of Chronicle reader.
The breakfast is also open to people who could not make the last, oversubscribed, event at Talking Point, Springhead..
Thanks to the generosity of the Lloyds Banking Group, the event — including breakfast — is free. Simply email promotions@oldham-chronicle.co.uk to register your interest or call Steve Duthie on 0161-622 2130.
