Groundwork Oldham and Oldham PCT are hosting a free breakfast seminar on Wednesday, April 13, at The Environment Centre, Shaw Road, Higginshaw, to debate the new National Wellbeing Standards.
Launched to help organisations demonstrate their commitment to the health and wellbeing of staff, the standards cover such topics as weight management, physical activities and mental wellbeing support.
In addition to a healthy breakfast there will be information about health initiatives available to Oldham businesses and an opportunity to find out about your own health, with experts on hand to measure blood pressure and to discuss your BMI.
Registration is from 8am with the seminar finishing at 10am. Contact Kate Harcus at kate.har cus@groundwork.org.uk or call 0161-624 1444 for further information, or to book your place.
