ONE of Oldham's leading jewellery houses has landed two new designer brands and is expecting to stock another within days.

Darren Nutter, at Alexander Jewellers in the Greenacres shopping precinct off Huddersfield Road, has taken delivery of his Zinzi stock from the Netherlands and is eagerly awaiting items from the prestigious Nikki Lissoni range, another Dutch supplier.
"These are exciting new concepts and we have had to work hard to get them into Oldham," the winner of the One Oldham Business Awards Retailer of the Year 2012 said.
Zinzi offers bracelets, clasps and pendants and Nikki Lissoni has a unique line in chains, pendants and medallions. Zinzi is being introduced to the business after wholesaler Darren McCormick Jewellery (DMJ) met Mr Nutter at an international jeweller y event in London.
"They are similar concepts in that both offer a unique style _ customers can choose from a range within the ranges, be they clasps, coins, pendants and create a piece unique to themselves," he added.
Additionally, Mr Nutter, who has owned the business for 26 years, is excited about the prospect of soon being able to offer the famous Swarovski range of jewellery to his Oldham customers . . .
