AN out-of-work mum of two has taken up the challenge of invigorating a website that has lain dormant for almost two years.
Beverley Tunney (41), of Cherry Tree Gardens, Oldham, has also invested in The Big Move, an online search engine for people buying, letting or searching for property.
Beverley has a degree from University Campus Oldham where she met the silent partner who came up of the idea.
She said: “The emphasis is on the selling customer having 100 per cent control over their ad listing.
“They can make any change to their own property specification or photographs.”
A customer searching for a home can match preferences against properties advertised locally and nationally.
Revenue comes from the sale of Energy Performance Certificates, sale boards, gas certificates, electric certificates: basically all the requirements required when selling or letting a property.
Beverley believes there is “huge potential” in the site
