Drinks boss comes home

FORMER Oldham College student Paul Walsh, who runs the multinational drinks corporation Diageo PLC, is in Oldham tomorrow to deliver a special lecture.
Speaking at the Oasis Academy in Hollins Road, Oldham, the chief executive of one of the world’s most profitable organisations will talk about the role of business in building and strengthening our communities.
Mr Walsh will be introduced by Oldham Council leader Jim McMahon.
The event takes place between 7 and 9pm. Anyone who wishes to attend should email marketing@oldham .gov.uk.
