£1.7m deal for unit

Oldham’s Broadway Business Park has been given a boost after a unit on the site was purchased for £1.7 million by a property investment company.

The Langtree Group’s property investment arm, Langtree Commercial Property, has bought the 42,000 sq ft unit at The Causeway, currently home to gaming machine suppliers Global Draw Ltd,

Global Draw took a 10-year lease on the unit in March this year, becoming the building’s first tenant, and will remain there.
