Jenny shoots to the top

Lifestyle, wedding and portrait photographer Jenny Martin Photography has won a major award in the 2013 Wedding Industry Experts Awards.

The company, based in Mossley, was named “Best Photographer, Greater Manchester” and was 22nd in the country and 58th out of 100 worldwide in the best photographers category

The awards recognise the most popular wedding photography businesses at local, national and international level.

Jenny, who has been a specialist wedding photographer for more than a decade, said: “It was such a fantastic surprise to win. I was thrilled. I never imagined we would do so well.

“The support from clients past and present has been overwhelming.”

Last year Jenny moved to new premises in Stamford Road and also invested to develop her studio, which has taken her work and business to a new level.

“The last 12 months has been an amazing time and these awards are just the icing on the cake,” she said.
