NOMINATIONS are being accepted for the 2014 One Oldham Business Awards, now in their sixth year.
The 2014 celebration comes up on March 21, and the deadline for entries is the end of January.
“I am encouraging companies, businesses and organisations to make their nominations as early as possible,” says steering group chairman Steve Kilroy.
Refurbishment of the venue — the Queen Elizabeth Hall iconic Oldham venue — which is to become a banqueting and conference suite of the planned Hotel Future on the adjacent civic centre car park — has caused the business awards dinner to be brought forward two months.
Steve added: “After five successful years we want to continue to grow the awards, but to do that we need nominations and entries. Oldham has the biggest and best awards night of all the Greater Manchester boroughs because the business community is the best and we want our awards to reflect that.”
Nominations and entries can be submitted via the www.oldhambusinessawards.co.uk website which lists all 10 categories.
