AN Oldham business has linked with one of the world’s leading manufacturing and technology businesses.
Safeguard Group in Arkwright Street, Chadderton, has formed a business partnership with Dyson, the world-famous maker of vacuum cleaners and other devices.
Safeguard, founded by Chadderton man Steve Ingham, a winner of the Businessman of the Year title at the One Oldham Business Awards, has signed an exclusive deal to market and install Dyson’s pioneering range of Airblade hand-dryers.
At the Safeguard Group headquarters, potential clients can visit and explore the country’s only permanent display of Dyson Airblade driers, including the AirbladeV, outside London.
Safeguard engineers have installed a washroom setting including the groundbreaking Airblade Tap, a unique combination of washing and drying from the same unit (pictured).
“We have been working on the deal for several months and are delighted to have finally concluded the tie-up with Dyson,” said Ben Ingham, from the group’s development team.
“We can now distribute and install Dyson products from Birmingham to Scotland.”
