OLDHAM Council leader Jim McMahon and interim chief executive Carolyn Wilkins will speak at the next strategic breakfast on June 4.

Aimed at the Oldham business community, the meeting is at Earl Business Centre, Dowry Street, Hathershaw from 8-10am .
