National Express is to use two software packages provided by Oldham-based Omnibus systems for a new venture launching in Bahrain this month.
The bus company already uses several software products developed by the Hollinwood Business Centre company.
The contract will initially see 141 new vehicles serve the capital Manama and interurban routes across the Gulf kingdom. National Express currently uses Omnibus software to plan the 1,600-bus West Midlands’ network.
