Sheet metal firm sold

AN Oldham firm set up in 1949 by the Hartley family from Huddersfield has been bought by Slough-based Corac Group.
Shaw Sheet Metal has built a strong reputation over the last 63 years at sites in Dale Street and Thomas Street, Shaw. Corac Group plc has acquired the business and assets for £800,000.
Shaw Sheet Metal is active in laser cutting and specialist sheet metal fabrication and will be integrated into the Corac Group’s other activities in the region.
