A business is breathing new life into the former Co-op building in Milnrow Road, Shaw.
Partners Jan Hunt, from Shaw and Jane Markham, from Moorside, have invested over £30,000 to establish Innerlight Academy — which will offer spiritual learning and classes, holistic therapies and treatments.
Jan previously ran Inner Nutshell, also based in Shaw and the forerunner of Innerlight Academy.
Jane was working part-time with Jan — dovetailing her time with a job at Oldham Cancer Support — until they got together in July, last year, to form their business partnership.
Both are now full-time and the business has taken the spacious ground-floor rooms of the building.
Facebook is the business’s most popular communication platform
