Ribbon cut on new estate agency

A NEW estate agency and financial services firm in Chadderton has created five jobs.

The Alistair Stevens agency, in Middleton Road, is co-owned by director Alan Ryan, who also runs a financial services business.

Mr Ryan said the new business is working with the Alistair Stevens office in Royton, using the same branding.

The agency was officially opened by Councillor Fida Hussain in one of his final engagements as the Mayor of Oldham.
