Briggs invests to spur growth

AEROSOL and consumer chemicals manufacturer James Briggs Ltd has continued to fuel its growth with a £125,000 investment in manufacturing equipment.
The Oldham-based business, which invested over £220,000 in new machinery and facilities last year, has strengthened its position in the aerosol paint market with a major upgrade to its bulk paint blending operation in Royton.
The installation will underpin greater quality in the firm’s supply of paints and primers to the automotive, construction and other industrial sectors.
