ESTATE agents Breakey & Nuttall have announced the sale of an office in Oldham town centre to a growing software company and reported rising confidence in the local property market.
Known as 1 & 2 Cromwell Court, the 6,500 sq ft building is at the junction of Brunswick Street and Cromwell Street, behind the new First Choice Homes head office on Union Street.
The building has been acquired by Pastel UK & Ireland, an Oldham-based business software company, which specialises in cloud software.
Pastel managing director Amanda Swales was a finalist in the Business Woman of the Year category of the 2015 Oldham Business Awards. She said “The move to the centre of Oldham will allow us to expand and further improve the services we provide to our customer all over the UK, Ireland and beyond.
“Oldham is definitely on-the-up in terms of being a great place to work, and we are proud to tell our customers and suppliers that we are based in Oldham town centre.”
