Firm on board with Omnibus

AN Oldham IT firm specialising in software for the public transport industry has signed a major London bus operator.

Stagecoach London has turned to Omnibus of Hollinwood Business Park, for scheduling software. The operator looked at a range of products and after testing chose Omnibus OmniTIMES, OmniBASE, Crewplan, OmniROTA and OmniMAN packages.

The company, 25 years old this year, has travel industry clients across England, Scotland and Wales and also works with local authorities.

Omnibus provides passenger transport software to timetable, schedule, staff, record, manage and publicise services. The software is in use for some of the world’s largest passenger transport organisations, as well as some of the smallest.
