A new Saddleworth business networking event launches in Uppermill next week.
The idea is from business adviser Philip Pearson (44) and will be held for the first time on Tuesday at Java on High Street (6pm).
Philip, founder of Morgan Pearson Business Advisers, hopes the meeting will bring together Saddleworth business owners.
“There are a lot of businesses in the area and I just want to bring them together to talk about any problems or successes they have, as well as mingle generally,” he explained. “I hope it will appeal to different kinds of businesses across Saddleworth.”
Philip is part of the Oldham Business Leadership Group and the Norman Stoller Enterprise Fund.
The event will last around an hour, and could be repeated every quarter.
