New homes sales deal goes to R&D

AWARD-winning estate agent Ryder & Dutton has been appointed by Linden Homes North-West to sell its St Augustine’s development in Oldham.
The development will be on land previously occupied by St Augustine’s school in Grange Avenue.
Construction is about to start on the 54 houses.
Sian Pitt, regional sales manager for Linden, said: “The Oldham agents have a strong reputation and we’re delighted to have them on board.”
Ryder & Dutton, which has its head office at Salmon Field Business Village, Royton, has enjoyed a string of regional and national industry awards recently.
