RECRUITMENT agency Staff Oldham is celebrating after gaining Investors in People (IIP) gold accreditation.
The Yorkshire Street agency said achieving gold accreditation means it is now among the top six per cent of IIP-accredited companies.
Directors Trish Travis and Julie Hughes said staff were thrilled with the success.
Mrs Travis said: "Attaining IIP gold status recognises we are operating at the very-highest level of people-management practice.
"We are using IIP to drive the business forward."
Staff at the recruitment agency took part in the IIP evaluation that was conducted by IDG, the IIP's licensed delivery partner for the North-West.
Quality
Mrs Travis attribute the IIP success to the Staff Oldham workforce, the quality of agency workers and local business clients.
She added: "We are proud to be at the heart of local business and constantly strive to deliver the highest standard of service. IIP Gold Award accreditation is a powerful endorsement of our efforts."
She said Staff Oldham is aiming for more industry accolades.
It has set its sights on entering the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards and The Sunday Times employer awards.
