PROPOSED Saddleworth School for the Shaw pallet works site, Diggle.
THE judicial hearing review over the building of the £19.2million Saddleworth School, will not take place until next year, the Chronicle can reveal.
The hearing has been set before a High Court planning judge at Manchester High Court for Monday, January 23, and is listed for two days.
The legal proceedings prevent Oldham Council from commenting other than confirming the court date and adding: "The judge decided that there were arguable grounds for the judicial review and that the case ought to be given full consideration.
"No works may take place in regard to the planning permissions granted for the scheme until these matters are resolved."
