These were just some of the enrichment activities at the school's staff wellbeing session.
Others included curry making, fitness, art and reading, flower arranging, golf and Zorbing - rolling downhill inside an orb, made of transparent plastic
Once each term all teaching and non-teaching staff try a new activity often delivered by colleagues.
Lorna Philip, assistant principle and director of sport, said: "Staff wellbeing is very high on our agenda. A happy, healthy staff will obviously perform well and it is really important that our staff feel valued. The feedback has been fantastic. As well as the termly wellbeing afternoon we have offered staff health checks and flu jabs."
Principal Dave McEntee, who brushed up his culinary skills in Anjum Raza's curry making class, said: "Events like this make a big difference to staff morale."
