First Choice warehouse in store

Land on north side of Primrose Bank, Oldham. A planning application for a warehouse and offices was succesful in 2016.
WORK has started on a new warehouse and office development in Oldham.
Vacant brownfield land at Primrose Bank is currently being transformed for use by First Choice Homes Oldham after a planning application was submitted and approved last year.
The 1000msq warehouse would be used by the housing association for storage of construction and building repair stock, tools and materials alongside a 480msq office accommodation and associated parking.
