Google box kids tour the world

SCHOOL pupils were transported to worldwide destinations as they explored new landscapes using virtual headsets.
The Year 7 youngsters at The Radclyffe School had the opportunity to view landmarks such as the Great Wall of China and the Taj Mahal as well as visiting space.
Using virtual reality headsets provided by Google Expeditions they explored moving panoramas and 360-degree shots.
Teacher of science Misba Salim said: "Using the headsets created great excitement for all the students. It gave them a wonderful experience, learning in a totally new and inspiring way."
