Next-of-kin plea by police

POLICE are appealing for the public's help to trace the next-of-kin of a man from Rochdale.
Barry Whateley (87), originally from Birmingham, died at his home in Castleton, Rochdale on Thursday. There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
The Police Coroner's Office is now appealing for help to locate any relatives of Barry Whateley.
