NEARING completion - the micro flats on Rhodes Street

THE NEW micro-apartments in Oldham town centre are nearing completion.

The Cardinal Street apartment block - which will be known as G-suite Cardinal - will provide 142 affordable self-contained apartments in a building formerly constructed by Hillstone Developments.

The 142 flats, of 18 to 27 metres in size, will include a small bathroom and open-plan kitchen/living area and are designed to be rented either long term or for those wanting to stay somewhere short-term while commuting around Manchester.
