FAILSWORTH Carnival organisers are still looking for volunteers to help marshal the parade on Saturday. Featuring local organisations and floats, the parade leaves Lord Lane at 1pm.
It is part of the two-day carnival which will be held at the Lord Lane playing fields and carnival royalty will also be crowned.
Visitors of all ages will be able to enjoy fairground rides and stalls, as well as dance and music performances.
Parents can also enter their tots in a bonny baby competition on Sunday.
Any money raised will be distributed to local charities.
Anyone who wants to volunteer is asked to email fcctreasurer@btinternet.com.
