INQUESTS into the deaths of the 22 victims of the Manchester Arena terror attack are due to open this Friday (9).
Manchester's senior coroner Nigel Meadows confirmed he will begin the formal process at 10.30am at Manchester Civil Justice Centre.
It is expected that all 22 inquests will be adjourned immediately until the ongoing police investigation is completed.
While the initial opening hearing is likely to be very brief, eventually the inquests will establish key facts about the deaths on May 22.
Families will also be given the opportunity to ask questions about the events which unravelled on that fateful night.
