Motorway closed

A MOTORCYCLIST was airlifted to hospital after he crashed into the central reservation on the M60.
The motorway was closed in both directions to enable an air ambulance to land near the Bredbury exit at 3.40pm on Sunday.
Delays were experienced as far back as junction 24 clockwise and junction one on the anti-clockwise carriageway. All lanes were reopened by around 9.15pm.
