Man jailed after ban

A 53-YEAR-OLD man was jailed for four weeks for entering an area of Failsworth he was banned from due to a criminal behaviour order.
Gregory William Mullender, of Spring Street, Oldham, was also jailed for two weeks, to run at the same time, for stealing a mobile phone case worth £20 and two gift boxes worth £24.
A suspended sentence of 18 weeks was also imposed for entering another exclusion zone due to a criminal behaviour order.
