A CELEBRATION of life has been organised to remember a mum-of-two who lost her battle with leukaemia this month.
Lindsey Tyrrell (41), who encouraged people to sign up to the stem cell donor register while she was battling leukaemia, died after developing a virus on July 3.
A celebration of life in memory of the brave mum will take place at Rochdale Crematorium at 1.40pm on Friday, July 28.
The funeral procession will start from Lindsey's home in Heywood to the cemetery and all participants are encouraged to wear something colourful as a token of respect to Lindsey's vibrant and colourful life.
It will be followed by Lindsey's "final party" at The Heywood pub in Heywood with the theme of a Mad Hatter's Tea Party.
All donations can be made to Christie's Trust, Maggies or DKMS (Donors for Stem Cell treatment).
