A FULL day of exciting Thai boxing action was staged at a tournament at the Pakistani Community Centre in Glodwick.
Incredibly, more than 100 bouts were staged with boys, girls, men and women getting stuck into the action.
Results of the bouts weren't important - it was all about enjoying the sport for the competitors, who descended on Oldham from clubs up and down the country.
Organiser Taz Tariq said: "It was a brilliant day that lasted from 10am in the morning until around 5pm.
"There were lots of great bouts and some great talent on show.
"Most of the bouts were three, one-minute round contests, and the crowd loved it.
"We're now hoping to stage an even bigger tournament in the new year at the Oldham Sports Centre."
