Date published: 18 July 2008
BUDDING entrepreneurs at Greenacres Primary School put their business skills to good use and raised more than £300 for Dr Kershaw’s Hospice.
Year 6 pupils took up the Business Challenge this year and designed, produced and sold the product of their choice.
After setting up a Signs with Designs stall at Tommyfield Market, the children raised £341.52 and the money was presented to Brian Hirst from Dr Kershaw’s at an assembly.
